Refund Policy

At VVR Designz Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and learning experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Course Enrollment

Once a student enrolls in a course and completes the payment, the seat is reserved exclusively for that student.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of enrollment.

• Refunds are applicable only if the student has not attended more than 1 session or accessed a significant portion of the course materials.

• After the eligible period, no refunds will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If the student discontinues the course midway.

• If payment was made for discounted or promotional offers.

• If course materials have been fully accessed or downloaded.

4. Processing of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Course Cancellation by Academy

If VVR Designz Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer enrollment to another batch.
